With over 100,000 active collectors at any one time, it is essential that we provide the support and customer service that should expect. In a typical year we handle 500,000 pieces of inbound communication as well as reviewing 150,000 social media comments.
Our Customer Service Administrators handle the majority of our regular tasks, including processing orders, the initial logging of in-bound correspondence and reviewing all social media comments.
More experienced Customer Service Advisors provide a level of escalation, ensuring that even the most complex customer queries are properly dealt with.
All of our Customer Service team receives extensive training, enabling them to help collectors across phone, post, email and social media. We also operate a Compliance Monitoring Team, which helps us to maintain the standard of service our collectors should expect.
In addition to The Westminster Collection Customer Service Team, Sitters also has its own dedicated team of customer service agents supporting both parents and babysitters needs.
